Ownership Transfer
✦ Character can only be resold for their base value or less if w/o additional commissioned art✦ If character is bought for less than bv, that smaller amount is the new base value, and character cannot be sold for higher w/o additional commissioned art✦ Character can only be sold for more than base value based on the price of additional commissioned art
